As the facilities director at a large church, I would be in serious trouble if it were not for the professionalism and quality of ProAir. Every one of their operators, sales reps, and technicians that I have worked with have all been extremely kind and helpful. Their operators are polite, helping me coordinate service that fits our schedule. They are always able to provide answers to my questions or refer me to someone who can. Ralph Burch, our main point of contact is always ready to help any time of day or night and weekends. No offense to Ralph, but the best part of ProAir is their technicians. Each of the techs I have dealt with, especially Jose, has been extremely knowledgeable, but also polite (which is often overlooked). They are regularly giving me recommendations that are above and beyond the call, they have come to resolve; however, these are not recommendations for them to make extra money, but rather to help us save money or extend the life of our HVAC units. This is truly a company that cares about Its customers; from operators to sales, to techs, every level of this company provides peace and professionalism for me when it comes to any HVAC issues. We have a preventative maintenance agreement with them that provides an extra level of peace-of-mind because I know our units are being cared for by this group of amazing people as if they were the units in their own homes.
